Matějovský was testing the BMW again

Michal Matějovský took part in another BMW race car testing event - 2.-3. 3. 2007, Most -

At the beginning of March, Michal Matějovský came to the Autodrom Most circuit to carry out further tests of the BMW 130i race car. On Friday, he tried out the new 17" wheels, which will replace the last year's 18" wheel size. This will help to improve the performance of the gear box. Other tests focused on chassis adjustment in order to check the chassis alterations that had been made.

The two-day testing event attracted numerous racing drivers, and many new names were included in the eight-hour schedule of test drives, which were performed with three cars. However, the unpredictable weather foiled the drivers' plans again: on Saturday morning, there was a snowfall and the covering of snow on the track was so thick as to make all test drives impossible. The adverse weather conditions continued throughout the whole morning time on Saturday. Despite that, Michal Matějovský undertook a drive with the car behind the pits in the end, and demonstrated before the eyes of those present that the BMW 130i can cope even with snow.
