Excellent achievements at the Champions' Meeting in Radotín |
- 17. 3. 2007, Radotín -Last Saturday, another event of the traditional Champions' Meeting series was held at the Kart Centre in Radotín, attended by Laura Hájková and Michal Matějovský, who presented themselves to their best advantage. That is, within the framework of the O2-Motorsport team, in association with Jiří Navrátil, they formed a strong squad of three. First, after the opening practice sessions, they claimed the first place in the timed practice to take pole position for the two-hour endurance race. In this race, they were successfully contesting the top positions for a long time. Unfortunately, when they were running at the second position of the current standings, with about twenty minutes to go, they suffered a left rear wheel puncture. Despite that, after the tyre repair, they managed to finish in sixth place in the end. After a break, a short, 5-lap race followed, contested by individual drivers. In this race, Jiří Navrátil and Laura Hájková came second and third respectively. |
