Maxa won the victory at Sosnová |
- 10. 6. 2007, Sosnová -Last weekend, Radim Maxa, under the colours of the ČESKOSLOVENSKÝ MOTORSPORT team, took part in the racing event of the GP ROK series held at Sosnová, near the city of Česká Lípa. In the practice sessions, he was coming third or fourth. Then, in the timed practice, he came second, behind the girl-driver Gábina Jílková. The second line of the grid was formed by Luboš Řezník and Martin Doubek. At the beginning of the first race, Jílková got away but, on lap five, Radim Maxa closed the gap and managed to overtake her. Subsequently, he left the whole pack behind and claimed the victory. The situation in the second race was similar. Maxa and Řezník caught up with Jílková and overtook her. Then the battle broke out between Maxa and Řezník; this time, Řezník was more successful. In the overall standings of the racing event at Sosnová, Maxa came first, ahead of Řezník and Jílková. |
