- 12. 8. 2007, Most -More than thirty race cars were entered for the Sunday sprint race of Division 4 of the Racing Circuit Championship of the Czech Republic. The ALCATEL - Lucent MOTORSPORT team's driver Miroslav Forman with the AUDI A 4 Supertourismo car started the Sunday sprint race of the category up to 2000 cc fourth on the grid. After the start, he moved up and managed to defend his third position up to the finish despite the fact that the Safety Car had to be brought in due to Jozef Majský's Seat Leon, which caught fire, and the race had to be restarted after the vehicle was extinguished. Miroslav Forman also joined two of his colleagues to form the team J. Nykodým - S. Lepka - M. Forman to take part in the Saturday endurance race. In this race, too, this team ranked among the best within its category and contested a podium place. The endurance race was started by Jiří Nykodým, who was succeeded, after about one hour and a half, by Stanislav Lepka; Miroslav Forman finished the race. The next portion of valuable points for the standings of the Racing Circuit Championship of the Czech Republic will be contested by the team's drivers as early as next weekend, in Piešťany, Slovakia. |
