The series of tests of the Octavia Cup cars went on at the beginning of this week at the Brno Masaryk Circuit, where a testing event was held, attended by all of the three team drivers, that is, Laura Hájková, Ctirad Hájek and Michal Matějovský, who really were satisfied with the cars prepared. Young racing driver, Laura Hájková, spoke highly of the course of the testing in Brno. She explained: 'Michal is clocking fine times, and I am gradually getting familiarized with the car as well. I also took advantage of the opportunity to ride with Michal in the role of his co-driver. This allows me to better compare his driving manner with that of mine and to improve my lap times this way. It seams that this is also an effective method.'

The first Octavia Cup race is held at the second weekend of May (11 to 13 May 2007), within the ČESKÁ POJIŠŤOVNA-ŠKODA OCTAVIA WEEKEND event in Most.
