Jiří Forman tried the Seat race car at the Brno circuit

The SUNRED and SUNRED-BRT teams' testing event held last weekend at the Brno circuit was also attended by the sixteen-year-old kart driver Jiří Forman, of the Czech Republic, who took advantage of the opportunity to test the Seat race car. 'This is the first time I have been at the wheel of such a race car. I did try the racing circuit Škoda Pick Up car several years ago, but this is a completely different experience. In brief, my impression of this car is excellent,' the kart driver said after the test drive. This year, however, he will continue to concentrate solely on kart races. By now, he has already taken part not only in several testing events in Italy and Spain, but also in this year's first international contest, which took place at the end of March in Zuera, Spain.

'This year, I am contesting the Rotax Max Senior category of the 2009 Rotax Max Euro Challenge series under the colours of the MS KART RACING team. We are four drivers in the MS KART RACING team. So far, we have attended the first race, in Spain, where I took the 13th place in the semi-final race. In the final race, I was running fifth, but then, towards the end of the race, one of drivers ahead of me went spinning and my hopes were dashed. My objective for this year is a top ten placing. The races take place in Italy (in May) and in France (in September). I am also happy that the third of the four racing events of the 2009 Rotax Max Euro Challenge takes place at the Sosnová circuit in the Czech Republic, from 22 to 26 July,' revealed the sixteen-year-old kart driver, explaining his program for this year. Besides the Rotax Max Euro Challenge racing event, motor-sport fans will be able to see Jiří Forman contesting the Rotax Max Challenge Czech Republic series, once again under the colours of the MS KART RACING team. This series' races will take place at the well-known circuits in Sosnová, Písek, and Vysoké Mýto. The first race is drawing near: it is held in Vysoké Mýto, as early as at Easter. The MS KART team's drivers aim at the top placings, and so this is certainly going to be a magnificent spectacle.
