Jiří Forman is dominating the Rotax Max Challenge category of the Championship of the Czech Republic again

Last weekend, another racing event of the Karting Championship of the Czech Republic was held in Písek, with the ČSMS team's young driver Jiří Forman contesting the title in the ROTAX MAX category, which, as usual, attracted the most impressive line-up of racers.

During Friday's free practice session, dew was falling on the kart track in Písek. Jiří Forman, despite those unusual conditions, managed to set the fastest time. In the timed practice on Saturday, Jirka Forman had to settle for the second place, behind his team-mate Lukáš Vrečka, but the warm-up on Sunday morning saw Jirka take the first place once again. Then came Race 1. 'After the start of Race 1, I was fourth, but I managed to move up to the second position soon, behind Lukáš Vrečka. After passing him, I led the race until the chequered flag,' Jirka Forman commented on the course of Race 1 at the kart track in Písek. The course of the subsequent Race 2 was very similar, and so Jirka claimed another victory, having increased his lead of the Championship's overall standings to ten points.
