Matějovský the fastest in Valencia

On the circuit Ricardo Tormo in Spanish Valencia the last tests of the team SUNRED took place on Tuesday May 12. That is before the first event of this year serial of races SEAT León Eurocup, which will take place on this circuit in about three weeks time. Michal Matějovský, the driver of the team SUNRED-BRT, flew to Spain already on Monday and than on Tuesday he was together with the team on the circuit Ricardo Tormo trying to harmonize the setting of his car before the first races. Also some other drivers of the team SUNRED, such as Spanish Diego Puyo or Italian Aldo de Ponti, and some drivers of other teams did it the same way.

"Today's final testing brought some good results. When we were here at the beginning of February, you could see there was still a lot of work on the car connected with chasing its setting. Now I am maximally satisfied. I was able to drive the fastest times of the drivers who were testing today. It was the most convenient to drive especially in the morning when the route was not so hot yet. After lunch the asphalt surface had over 40°C but still when we changed the tires, the reached times were very good again. I have already had some testing days in Spain and Italy, we also tested on Masaryk's circuit in Brno, where will be the second event of the European cup of car SEAT in the second half of June and mostly we reached very good results. Therefore I believe that the good results will come also in the single races of SEAT León Eurocup," said Michal Matějovský after the tests in Valencia.
